1.1 All Tickets can only be purchased off this website. An e Ticket will be sent to you via email automatically after your purchase. Please do check your spam and junk folders as sometimes due to filters on your email they may end up there. All tickets are non refundable and non replaceable. It is your responsibility to ensure your tickets are kept safe once received. Defaced tickets will not be accepted.
1.2 TICKET TYPES:
General Admission tickets will allow you to enter Welshstock Festival between the dates and hours stated on your ticket. All workshops, demos, activities and shows are included in your ticket price. One Ticket allows one person entry to the festival.
Disability and Carer Admission Free tickets will be provided for carers and personal assistants for standard adult ticket holders with physical and mental difficulties. For those with child and teen tickets, a free carer or personal assistant ticket shall also be provided free of charge, but the child or teen must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder (such adult ticket holder may be the carer or personal assistant).

1.3 In order to facilitate the Safety, Security and comfort of all guests, the Organisers and the Premises License Holder reserves the right to refuse admission or evict from site.
1.4 By Purchasing a Ticket through this website you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.
1.5 No Admission will be granted without a valid ticket.
1.6 When purchasing your ticket you will be asked to provide your customer details including a contact mobile number. For more information on how we use your personal data please ready our Privacy Policy.
1.7 All Tickets including camping tickets are non refundable and Non transferable.
1.8 We reserve the right to make alterations to the time, date, duration and venue of the festival in the event of unforeseen or other person for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such alteration.
1.9 Unless otherwise agreed at our sole discretion, a ticket will not be exchanged if:
a) after the festival has started , it is stopped for any reason and is not completed.
b) on any day of the festival , the time is delayed for any reason
c) the start time of the festival changes after the date the ticket was purchased or:
d) the ticket is used for entry into the festival.
1.10 Tickets will be checked and scanned upon entry, Once these has been scanned it can not be used again. Make sure you have your tickets ready and available at our gate. No Ticket, No entry.
1.11 The first Scanned ticket to arrive at the event will be allowed entry, any subsequent ticket with the same barcode will be denied access. Please treat your ticket with the upmost of care, the organisers accept no responsibility or liability for any inconvenience caused by the unauthorised duplication of the ticket. Do not post your tickets online or on social media.
1.12 Admission into the festival is at the ticket holders own risk. The Organisers will not be held liable for any loss, injuries, death or damages sustained at the festival including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles,
1.13 The Only authorised ticket sellers are Welshstock Festival, Purchased direct off the website.
1.14 It is prohibited for any Ticket holder to resell tickets.
1.15 Arrangements made by the ticket holder including travel and accommodation in relation to the event which has been arranged by you are made at your own risk and the Festival nor the Organiser will take any liability for any such losses.
1.16 It is your responsibility to check whether the event has been cancelled, rescheduled or subject material has been changed or amended. These updates are made via our Official Website and on our Official Facebook Page.
PERSONAL ASSISTANCE TICKETS / CARER TICKETS
1.17 Personal Assistance tickets must be agreed in advance on receipt of the relevant proof for eligibility. These tickets will be marked as free tickets and have no Monetary value. ID will need to be provided with your ticket at our gates.
1.18 Personal assistance tickets must be over 18 to accompany an Adult ticket holder or child acting as carers must also be accompanied by a responsible adult other than the adult they are directly caring for.
1.19 One Adult Ticket must be purchased before a personal assistance ticket can be added to the order.
2.1 To ensure that tWelshstock Festival is a safe space for your families we run search operations on our gates. This may include bag searches on entry, onsite and when leaving.
2.2 We have a zero tolerance policy regarding drugs and if to be found in possession you will be immediately removed from the festival and will be reported to the police. Due to the Nature of the event and being a family festival such things have never arisen and may we keep it that way.
2.3 Accepted ID includes photographic driving license, proof of age car with Pass hologram or a passport. Photocopies will not be accepted.
2.4 Teens and Children are the responsibility of their appointed adult at all times whilst at the festival. Whilst we appreciate teens may not be with their parents at all times, we do expect them to know the location of their adult and have means of contacting them.
2.5 All Children tickets must be bought with an adult ticket and must enter the festival with a accompany adult. No child will be aloud entry alone.
2.6 Any unaccompanied teen or child who can not identify or locate an appointed adult will be moved to our welfare centre until a appointed adult can be located.
2.7 Proof of age may be required for all types of Ticket. Please ensure that you have ID with you in case you are asked. If you look under 25 you may asked for proof of age when you buy alcohol. We operate the ‘Challenge 25’ policy.
2.8 By purchasing a “Child” (6-16) or “Child 5 and under” (0-5) Ticket you are confirming that you are either the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian of the child for whom you are purchasing.
Child and 5 and Under Ticket holders can only enter the Festival with the person who purchased their ticket (i.e. their parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian)
3.1 The performer line up and all entertainment can be subject to change at any time without notice.
3.2 Strictly no trading or other commercial activity by any ticket holder will be allowed at the festival without the organisers prior written consent.
3.3 Welshstock Festival does not accept any responsibility for goods or services purchased from third party traders.
3.4 As a condition of sale all sound and moving or still picture rights including, without limitation, on the internet, vest exclusively with the Organiser and any material filmed or recorded at the Festival may only be used for the personal, non-profit making enjoyment of amateurs. By entering the Festival, Ticket holders agree and consent to:
3.5 Tickets can not be used for any marketing, media or sales promotion whether non commercial or commercial with out prior written consent.
3.6 Alcohol of any kind is NOT allowed to be bought onto the festival site. You can bring sealed plastic bottles of water or soft drinks.
3.7 The Organiser shall be entitled to remove anyone from the Festival who is under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol or who in the reasonable opinion of the Organiser is conducting themselves in a manner inappropriate to their continued attendance. There shall be no admittance without a valid Ticket.
3.8 If you are caught urinating in other than the toilets you run the risk of immediate removal from the festival.
3.9 Please use the recycling bins provided.
3.10 Welshstock Festival is a magical festival full of beautiful like minded individuals. Anti social behaviour will not be tolerated and any one found acting in such manner will be instantly removed from the festival site.
3.11 For the Safety of all our guests it is forbidden for any guest to enter restricted areas and back of house. This includes climbing on stages, fences and any decorations. If you are caught doing so you will be removed from the festival site.
MEDIA
3.12 Photography and Filming is allowed through the public festival site, however please keep in mind we are a family festival and we ask you to be respectful and observe data protection law. Photography and filming for any commercial purposes can only be undertaken with prior written consent from Welshstock Festival. You may not sell any photography or moving images from the festival for commercial or other gain.
3.13 Strictly no filming or photography of children unless you have consent from the legal guardian or parent, or they are your own children.
3.14 Photographs and film taken at Welshstock Festival can not be included in any form of advertising with out prior written consent.
3.15 By entering the festival you agree to grant the festival permission to use your image in any publicity, marketing and promotional materials.
3.16 We will agree to very specific filming requests where the content and the end usage is pre agreed. Each case will be looked at individually.

Covid 19 is a infectious disease that can potentially cause serious and fatal illness.
The is always a risk of transmission in every environment where people come together.
Welshstock Festival has put in place enhanced Safety and hygiene measures to help attendees stay safe however the risk can not be fully eliminated.

When attending this event you will be expected to:
Abide by all Government guidelines , preventing the transmission of the virus. Details can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus . All Attendees are expected to follow the Government Guidelines and adhere to the festivals guidance and measures that are in place which will be in the pre event information pack sent two weeks before the event.
The Following Individuals MUST NOT ATTEND the Event:
*You must not attend the event if you have been infected with Coronavirus.
*individuals displaying symptoms of Coronavirus - COVID 19 ( New Persistent cough, high temperature ,loss of smell and taste)
* Anyone who is self isolating for either 7 days due to symptoms of above or a household who is isolating for 14 days.
* Anyone who has been instructed by the contact trace authority to self isolate.
We ADVICE the following NOT TO ATTEND THE EVENT:
*Any one who has been informed that they are extremely clinically vulnerable and that should be shielding.
*Anyone who lives in the same household of that who is extremely clinically vulnerable.
Welshstock Festival takes no liability or responsibility if anyone at this event contracts or passes on Covid 19.
CAMPING PASS TERMS
4.00 There shall be no entry to the campsite without a valid camping pass
4.1 Each holder of a camping pass will be issued a wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times.
4.2 All persons at either campsite must be vigilant to fire safety.
4.3 Vehicles are not permitted in the campsite. A designated car park facility is in operation for all campers.
4.4 Pitches are allocated on a first come first server basis.
4.5 The following items are prohibited in our campsites:
* Generators
* Sound Systems
* BBQS
* Fire / Chinese Lanterns
*No Glass Bottles
*Any item which may be considered for use of a weapon
* Bikes, Electric scooters or motorised rides
* No illegal substances
* Any item or part of an item that welshstock festival considers to be dangerous or harmful to public safety.
* No open fires, stoves or disposable BBQS
4.6 All Event goers who attend Welshstock Festival do so entirely at their own risk (including camping) , Neither the Organiser nor any of its employees, contractors, or stewards shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage (to Property or person)
Welshstock Festival reserves the right to add and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Amendments will take effect when posted on the website www.welshstockfestival.com .
